Happy New Year to all readers of SquashUK.
The website has attracted several thousand readers during 2011 and I am grateful for the constructive feedback from those who have taken the trouble to write in with your thoughts.
What is clear in squash is that we have a passionate hardcore of players, at both club and professional level.
I look forward to working with you all in 2012 to help to grow the game.
Squash clearly needs to raise its profile during Olympic year in London, and I look forward to seeing the latest WSF bid process unfold and grow momentum during 2012.
I will be busy for the next few months working alongside some hugely talented people at the NAO, the Canary Wharf Classic and the Kent Open, and I look forward to World Squash Day helping to boost the Olympic message.
