2011 RIDLEY WINDOWS & DOORS CANADIAN DOUBLES CHAMPIONSHIPS RECAP

OTTAWA (ON) – There is something in the Montreal smoke meat that makes real fighters out of some and causes others to just drink, party and soak-up the wonderful Quebec culture. The 2011 Ridley Windows and Doors Canadian Doubles Championship hosted at the prestigious Atwater Club, became a collection of nail biting 5 setters, tragic upsets and victorious repeats. On behalf of Squash Canada we would like to thank all of the sponsors, particularly the continued generosity of title sponsors Jon LeHeup & Doug Bannan of Ridley Windows & Doors. The sponsors included Black Knight, Dunlop, Fort Financial Group, MacDougall, MacDougall & Mac Tier Inc., Shake Design, and McAuslan Breweries. Thanks to the many patrons and the brilliant organizational skills of Tournament Chair Michael Martin and his extremely able committee.
