Mustonen Rallies To Racquet Club Success

Facing his first seed in the event, Finland’s Henrik Mustonen pulled off a notable upset when he beat FrenchmanMathieu Castagnet in the final of the Racquet Club Invitational to win the PSA World Tour Challenger 10 squash title at The Racquet Club in St Louis, USA.

But the 20-year-old from Hollola had to save two match-balls before overcoming third seed Castagnet, ranked 63 in the world, to win the title 9-11, 11-8, 13-11, 8-11, 12-10 in a marathon one hour and 55 minutes!

Fourth seed Mustonen, ranked almost 20 places below the Frenchman, had reached the final without dropping a game.

The triumph marks the Finnish number two’s third career PSA Tour title.
