Malaysian superstar Nicol David has maintained her position atop the PSA Women’s World Rankings for a 109th consecutive month while 24-year-old Egyptian Mohamed Elshorbagy continues to occupy the Men’s World No.1 spot, celebrating a 10th consecutive month on top.

David continues to maintain a slender advantage over Egyptian Raneem El Welily in an unchanged top ten in the Women’s Rankings while Elshorbagy continues to hold a commanding lead over closest rivals Nick Matthew of England and Gregory Gaultier of France.

2015 Indian National Champion Saurav Ghosal is the only mover inside the top 20 of the Men’s Rankings as he climbs up two places to usurp Fares Dessouki and occupy the World No.19 spot – taking Ghosal back into the top 20 for the first time since November 2014.

Recording breaking Jan Koukal, who in July became the first player in PSA World Tour history to taste tournament success in 12 consecutive years, rises up 30 places in the August rankings after claiming back-to-back tournament titles.

The 32-year-old Czech now occupies the World No.118 berth while Chang Wook Woo and Amina Yousry are the biggest risers in the men’s and women’s rankings, climbing 76 places to No.301 and 32 places to No.135, respectively.
