No.3 seed Karim Darwish has pulled out of the North American Open, which starts next weekend in Richmond, Virginia.
At this stage it is not clear if his withdrawal is due to injury or the political upheaval back home in Egypt.
His absence means that the top half of the competition schedule has been redrawn.
Fellow Egyptian Omar Abdel Aziz (pictured) is promoted from the qualifying competition into the first round draw of this PSA World Series tournament.
The amended draw is published below.
