Squash Super League makes early gains with sell-outs

The Optasia Squash Super League has been given an early boost before its revamping starts in earnest on Friday, with the news that both opening fixtures have sold out.

The inaugural night of SSL action will see the Bexley Ballers host the St George’s Hill Knights at the Bexley Lawn Tennis, Squash & Racketball Club, and the Coolhurst Cavaliers square off against the Leamington Royals at the Coolhurst Tennis & Squash Club.

Both sold out within 72 hours of their release.

From the time of release, tickets at Coolhurst sold out within an astonishing 30 hours, with 50% of their allocation snapped up in under six hours and 90% purchased within 24 hours.

Bexley, meanwhile, received similarly high interest, selling out their ticket allocation within just three days.

Both matches will take place this Friday from 19:00 (GMT) and will be available to watch live and for free on SQUASHTV. Full replays will be available on the England Squash YouTube Channel.
