An iconic squash club in Western Australia is looking for a “dymanic” operator to continue its legacy.
Potential suitors have been invited to submit an expression of interest to lease Hilton Squash Centre, near Fremantle, WA.
The seven hard-backed court centre with full mezzanine is located at the top of the hill with ocean views, in the Hilton shopping precinct 10 minutes from Fremantle.
Hilton is the only squash centre South of the Swan River for the metropolitan coastal corridor.
The lease will be available from February 1 or earlier by negotiation.
“Hilton Squash is ready for a dynamic, friendly operator to continue the legacy of a fun squash experience in a welcoming environment,” a post read on Facebook.
