Well done to England Squash and Racketball for setting up a Get Involved programme on Sky Sports.
The TV Channel devoted their Saturday morning slot, encouraging people to take up a new sport, to squash.
The programme was filmed at the National Squash Centre in Manchester, where the ESR head office is housed.
Lots of talented youngsters, led by coach Chris Lengthorn, bashed away and happily revealed the fun, fitness and friendships the sport gives them.
