Commonwealth Games ambassador Adrian Grant had a date at Buckingham Palace this morning.
The Kent star, currently ranked 24 in the world, is a Glasgow 2014 Team England Ambassador.
He enjoyed a reception before heading off for a radio interview on BBC5 Live.
