Gabriel plays like an angel, but Charlie takes the title

Charlie Johnson, the Bay Club San Francisco pro, powered through the PSA Closed Satellite event of the Tatleaux de Pers Solar Group challenger series this weekend, sweeping aside his opponents in swift fashion.
Charlie was in a class of his own against local top-ranked juniors players and pros, and he is delighted to win his second PSA tournament of his career.
Bay Area Juniors also made an impact this time. Cole Becker, a sophomore at Nueva School, who achieved number 2 at BU15 level, won his first ever PSA match and Gabriel Morgan, a Junior at Menlo School, and current BU17 number 5, reached his first PSA final.
Junior squash in the Bay Area is definitely benefiting from the quality of these events as they allow the juniors to experience play at professional level.
Thank you to Tatleaux de Pera Solar Group for the sponsorship of this tournament.
The Bay Area now has its eyes firmly set on the NetSuite Pro Open, featuring Gregory Gaultier and Ramy Ashour on September 25-30th.
Both Charlie and Gabriel will be in action during the Bay Club San Francisco qualifying rounds.
