International Women’s Day backs lobby for equal prize money

Female squash players joined British Open sponsor Dr. Allam as they took part in celebrations to mark International Women’s Day.
Dr. Allam and the world’s top squash players showed their support to Women’s Day with the powerful message of #MakeItHappen for equal prize money in sport.
The Allam British Open has raised the women’s prize fund year on year and has committed to a fully equal prize pot in 2017.
Dr. Allam, who also owns Hull City Football Club, is pictured with his grandson Yousef, who is also talented young squash player.
